Contacting us is easy Call 607 432-1122 between 9AM – 9PM any day of the year and we will answer all your questions. Most of the time you will talk to one of the owners Dean or Joanne Tribe directly unless we are really busy and have to pass the cell phone to an assistant. If you receive a recording we are talking to another customer and will call you back very soon.

For Cancellations: Within 7 days of arrival no refund, outside of 7 days return of deposit less $25 reservation fee for tent and RV space reservations. For RV rental and cabin cancel more than 2 months prior to arrival return of deposit less $50 reservation fee, within 2 months return made only if unit re-rents.
